Frequently asked questions

Where are you?
We’re located next to Årstalundens Båtklubb along Vickergatan.

What time are you open?
We’re open from about 12:00 to 20:00 however please check the Daily Update on the homepage to see if we may be opening a bit earlier or later on the day.

What should I wear?
You can wear the same clothes as when you would normally ride a bike. Please consider that you also have to wear a life jacket for safety.

If you’d like to ride without shoes we can look after them on shore.

What should I bring?

Be sure to bring a valid photo ID (ID card, drivers license, passport) as a deposit when you visit if you pay cash (excluding Group Rides). Please be aware we  cannot take responsibility for any possessions you choose to leave on shore, however we can look after things if you’d like to ride without them.

Can the bikes tip over?

The bikes are very stable and are unlikely to tip over.

Can I take stuff with me on the bike?

We advise you to bring as little as possible. The bikes have a cup holder for drinks and you are able to ride with a backpack if you want and we also have under  saddle bags for small items so you don’t need to have them in your pockets. We can look after small inexpensive items on shore too.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can take most credit/debit cards using iZettle and also use Swish. Cash is also accepted.

Who can ride?
All ages can ride the bike and the only requirement is that you’re taller than 130cm so you can fit on our smallest model. You’re always welcome to come down  and see if we have a bike in your size if you’d like to double-check whether you can ride.

Can children ride?
If children are under 130cm they can stand on the side of the bike when an adult rides. We provide life vests for children over 15kg but please feel free to bring  your own if you prefer.

If you have any additional questions, please contact us and we’d be happy to help.
